YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support sales advisors in all transactions;
  • Provide coaching and mentorship;
  • Manage the CRM system (Activix);
  • Control and maintain profitability according to budget;
  • Implement necessary processes to deliver an unmatched customer experience;
  • Promote and embody the mission and values of Sherbrooke Toyota within your team;
  • Ensure compliance with administrative documentation;
  • Manage and follow up with the BDC (Business Development Center);
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing calls;
  • Oversee the delivery process.

YOUR PROFILE:

Beyond the basic requirements, we’re looking for someone genuinely passionate — ambitious, bold, and creative — who truly cares about the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.

  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry;
  • At least 1 year in a similar role;
  • Comfortable with general IT tools;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Strong ability to manage priorities;
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
